Order Processing

Orders placed through beherco.com are generally processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.


Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.


Orders cannot always be changed or canceled after processing has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with an order.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping is not currently available. Any future expansion of our shipping destinations will be reflected on this page.

Shipping Rates

Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free-shipping promotions or other shipping offers may be available from time to time and may be subject to separate terms, exclusions, or minimum-purchase requirements.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout or provided after your order ships.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping-carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. The estimated delivery period begins after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.


Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us immediately at info@burtonessentials.com if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delayed or has not moved for an extended period, please contact us at info@burtonessentials.com.

We will help review the shipment and, when appropriate, contact the shipping carrier. Carrier investigations and resolution times may vary.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around the delivery area.

Ask members of your household.

Check with nearby neighbors.

Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Allow up to 48 hours, because some carriers may mark a package as delivered shortly before it physically arrives.

After completing these steps, contact us at info@burtonessentials.com with your order number and tracking information. We will make a reasonable effort to assist, although replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and the outcome of any carrier investigation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@burtonessentials.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photographs of the product.

Clear photographs of the shipping packaging and label.

We will review the information and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Returned or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the original shipping charge may not be refundable.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be resent.


Returns and Refunds

Shipping-related return eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because BE HER products are personal-care items, opened, used, or unsealed products may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, except where required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
