Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Because BE HER products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products for hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a return, contact us at info@burtonessentials.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@burtonessentials.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened, used, or unsealed personal-care products
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items without proof of purchase
• Gift cards
• Final-sale items, unless damaged or defective

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

We will notify you after your return has been received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
